Return to OMAD

I lost 10 pound using OMAD (one meal a day), and kept it off until is started eating all the time after losing my job. Despite finding a great job nearly right away, i reacted as i always do to situations that upset me. When i’m sad i don’t eat, when I'm angry, scared or frustrated… i eat.

I feel i’ve been flailing around self-loathing land after realizing that 1.5 years later, i’ve gained more weight than ever before, including when i legit was higher on the scale due to pregnancy (which is fine. No weight shaming pregnant women)

Moving away from OMAD i started eating in the morning or evening even if not hungry. Eating just because is never good for me, and so i’m starting this to keep myself on track. I will onily eat when hungery. I will eat my food in a small daily window. I will not have cheat days, because that messes with fasting hormones. and i will not be my own science experiment.
